What in the world is a spirit vegetable? Just like a spirit animal (but way more fun)... a spirit vegetable is the vegetable that a person closely embodies through their personality, preferences, and daily habits. Root vegetables tend to be more introverted, summer veggies like tomatoes and peppers are highly extroverted, eggplant is moody and mysterious, cabbage is humble and hardworking... you get the idea!

What is Farmbelly? Farmbelly is an online and in-person educational platform where you can learn how to grow, cook, and eat like a farmer. 

You mentioned a portion of proceeds are donated to the Edible Schoolyard Project... can you tell me about that organization? Heck ya! The mission of the Edible Schoolyard Project, founded by Alice Waters in 1995, is to build and share an edible education curriculum for kindergarten through high school. Their vision is for gardens and kitchens to become interactive classrooms for academic subjects, and for every student to have a free, nutritious, organic lunch.

How long do items take to ship? The info below indicates how many days you can expect to wait before receiving your purchase(s):

      • USA: up to 12 business days
      • Canada: up to 17 business days
      • Worldwide: 17-27 business days

Where are the products made and shipped from? All Farmbelly graphics are designed by Michelle Aronson, of Farmbelly LLC, and the products are printed and shipped by our drop shipper based in Los Angeles, CA.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes. Please note that shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.

Can you tell me about t-shirt sizing? Size charts can be found in the product description of every product. Please contact us if you're unsure about sizing, because items cannot be returned unless goods are damaged or defective. Simply send an email to michelle@farmbelly.com and we'll figure out the best fit for you!

Can I return a shirt if it doesn't fit me? Unfortuantely, no. Farmbelly designs are printed on demand and shipped out of California, so please pick the right size and color, because items can only be exchanged if they are damaged or defective.

What is your return policy? Our designs are all printed on demand, so items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you need to return an item due to damages, send an email to michelle@farmbelly.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Where do I send my item if I want a refund / exchange? First email michelle@farmbelly.com with the issue regarding your purchase. You may be asked to send your item to our office in California. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

What is your refund policy? Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Sale items are NOT refundable.  

What about late or missing refunds (if applicable)? If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at michelle@farmbelly.com.
