STORE POLICIES


  • SHIPPING
    • All Farmbelly graphics are designed by Michelle Aronson, of Farmbelly LLC - and the products are printed and shipped by our drop shipper based in Los Angeles, CA.
    • The info below indicates how many days you can expect to wait before receiving your Spirit Vegetable merchandise:
      • USA: up to 12 business days
      • Canada: up to 17 business days
      • Worldwide: 17-27 business days
  • CUSTOMS FEES NOTICE 
    • Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
  • SIZING
    • Farmbelly designs are printed on demand and shipped out of California, so please pick the right size and color, because items can only be exchanged items if they are defective or broken. Farmbelly apparel is printed on made in the USA American Apparel products.
    • All tees and tanks are unisex. The size charts can be found in the product description of every product. 
    • Please contact us if you're unsure about sizing, because we cannot return unless goods are damaged. Simply send an email to michelle@farmbelly.com and we'll figure out the best fit for you!
  • RETURNS
    • All sent packages are marked with the Printful (this is the company we use to print our designs) return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, defective), it will go to them so make sure you return it to the address marked! Exchanges will only be made for products that are received defective or damaged, please send our team an email before returning products at michelle@farmbelly.com.
      • Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Our designs are all printed on demand, so items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return it for the same item due to damages, send us an email at michelle@farmbelly.com and send your item to to following address: 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, California 91311
      • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • REFUNDS (if applicable)
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
  • LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at michelle@farmbelly.com.
  • SALE ITEMS 
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
  • EXCHANGES (if applicable)
    • Our designs are printed on demand so for this reason, we will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to damages, send us an email at michelle@farmbelly.com and send your item to Printful.   • RETURN SHIPPING
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
